Senior Leaders Promoted at YA as Organization Continues Strategic Growth Initiatives
MINNEAPOLIS (PRWEB) July 02, 2018 -- YA, the market leader in delivering high-impact, data-driven marketing promotions for the nation’s most respected brands, today announced it is promoting three senior members of the team, with the aim of enhancing YA’s strategic growth initiatives.
Sara Fehrenbacher has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Client Services. As a member of YA’s Leadership Team, Fehrenbacher will have the responsibility to retain and grow YA’s business with existing clients.
“During the last two years, Sara has done a wonderful job for us growing key accounts in the retail sector by delivering engagement marketing solutions that meet her clients’ business and marketing requirements,” said YA President and CEO Chris Behrens. “Going forward, Sara will now leverage those skill sets to lead and manage Client Services to identify inventive solutions that will activate, excite and engage our clients’ consumers to purchase more of their products and services.”
Jay O’Sullivan has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development and Sales. As a member of YA’s Leadership Team, O’Sullivan will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote YA and win new clients.
“In the six short months since Jay’s been here, he’s come up with innovative and effective ideas for enhancing YA’s products and services,” said Behrens. “We’re certain that under his leadership, our sales, development and marketing teams will continue to bring new clients to the table, create unique products for our new and existing clients, and implement effective marketing programs to increase YA’s stature in the marketplace.”
Shawn Anne Buttschau has been promoted to Vice President, Client Services. Buttschau joined YA in 2014 and has been serving as the leader of YA’s consumer packaged goods (CPG) client sector.
“Time and again Shawn Anne has shown a track record of proven successes,” said Behrens. “For example, the CPG vertical she leads is significantly ahead of budget and the majority of her clients are billing more than the previous year. In addition, she has led the formation of a new revenue model for enter-to-win clients and has received accolades from legacy clients as they begin to understand the new and improved services of YA.”
