Today, Lovevery introduces The Play Kits, a subscription program of science-based, non-toxic products and guidance for baby’s first year. Applying the same design philosophy and aesthetic that earned the brand a Red Dot Award earlier this year for The Play Gym, their goal is to give parents the right products and information, grounded in child development science, and delivered at just the right time.

The Play Kits offer an entirely new approach to toys and early childhood—one that helps parents feel connected and tuned into what their babies are experiencing in the moment. Parents subscribe to The Play Kits on loveverybaby.com at any time during their baby’s first year and receive a box every other month containing just the right playthings at just the right time. All 6 Play Kits were devised by child development experts and tested with families all over the United States to make certain that everything inside is of interest to the baby and of service to the parent.

Each product in the kits is thoughtfully crafted using organic cotton, sustainably forested wood, and baby-safe materials. The Play Kits will retail exclusively on loveverybaby.com for $36 per month ($80 per 2-month Play Kit with shipping included, discounted to $72 if prepaid). Each Play Kit comes with a Play Guide full of ideas for how to play that are relevant for the development stage and backed by all the research parents often don’t have time to read.
