“PhlebotomyU is excited to enter this next phase as a leading Phlebotomy trade school in Southern California, with today’s reveal of our new identity, we’re sharing what thousands of students and healthcare providers already know about us: "Educating. It's in our blood.”
SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) July 17, 2018
Family Health Services, San Diego’s longest-running phlebotomy training centers, today announced the business’ rebrand to PhlebotomyU. The comprehensive rebrand reflects the specialized training they provide to the healthcare and education sectors. The changes include a new logo, website and improved alignment with the healthcare community. The name change has been approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).
PhlebotomyU’s course curriculum is centered upon the Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT1) course offered in both weekday, evening and weekend course formats. The courses objective is to provide the most hands-on theoretical and practical training of any Phlebotomy course in the state, preparing students for externships to complete their license. PhlebotomyU works very closely with premier healthcare partners throughout Southern California to ensure student availability to externship and post-graduation career opportunities.
PhlebotomyU’s mission is to enhance students' careers, meet the needs of healthcare providers, and improve patient care by providing high quality, cost effective phlebotomy education through industry leading curriculum, current technology, and extensive hands-on experience. As one of the most established Phlebotomy schools in San Diego, we are approved to operate by the California Department of Public Health Laboratory Field Services (CDPH/LFS) and California’s Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). We offer accelerated CPT1 classes throughout the year, with programs starting at the beginning of each month as well as weekend and evening classes. In addition to our training courses, we work with healthcare providers around San Diego for externship programs and job placements after graduation.
We are committed to providing students with the opportunity to start or advance a career in healthcare while also assisting employers to find high quality entry-level phlebotomists. Our goal is to drive the healthcare community forward through continual refinement of our course curriculum and improvement of the caliber of Phlebotomy students.
