Kimble Applications Announces New Vice President of Customer for Life
BOSTON (PRWEB) July 12, 2018 -- Kimble Applications, a global leader in Professional Services Automation, has appointed Chris Hamilton as the company’s VP of Customer for Life in North America.
In his newly created role, Chris will be joining the Customer for Life team and will be responsible for both Customer Success and Professional Services in North America. Chris has a strong background in business consulting and is a co-founder of Clarasys, a global management consultancy firm in London. For the last five years, Clarasys has used Kimble’s software and has seen cost-efficient growth of 40% year over year without increasing the administrative burden.
Clarasys is a Kimble partner and, as director, Chris led the multi-national implementations of Kimble for many larger businesses including Canon, Arthur D. Little and Rule Financial (later acquired by GFT).
Chris, who holds a Master of Engineering degree from Cambridge, said: “I am delighted to be moving into a role supporting Kimble’s growing family of customers in North America. My background as a long term customer and implementation partner myself means that I understand first hand how Kimble PSA drives improved business performance. I look forward to helping our customers drive even greater success.”
Kimble’s U.S. President Daniel Keating said: “Chris will add considerable firepower and leadership to our customer success and professional services team in the U.S., now our most important market. We are excited to welcome him to our growing team.”
