In this session, expert pediatrics coder Donelle Holle will comprehensively cover pediatrics CPT® code changes and ICD-10 code updates and revisions. She will review the older codes, teach attendees how to use and document the new CPT® 2019 codes specific to pediatrics, along with what type of diagnosis code will be needed for a new CPT® code.

They will learn the ins and outs of pediatric CPT® and ICD-10 coding—including the documentation requirements for sick visits, how to document a procedure correctly, the specific requirements for timed codes, how and when to use prolonged care codes to maximize reimbursement, and how to use codes for developmental, behavioral, and depression screenings.
Session 3: Modifiers and How to Do an Audit

In this session, pediatrics coding specialist Donelle Holle will review the modifiers frequently used in pediatric billing. They will also learn about the importance of NCCI edits—including how to use them in a denial situation.
Session 4: Spend a Day in Office CPT® Coding With a Pediatrician
