24 Awards Given in 13 Categories, including Best Careers Blog and Employer Brand Launch, plus Rising Star and Recruitment Marketer of the Year

These winners have proven that recruitment marketing and employer branding make an employer's talent acquisition strategy more competitive and more successful.

Rally® Recruitment Marketing, the largest community of professionals bringing recruiting and marketing together to lead the future of talent acquisition, has announced the winners of the 2020 Rally Awards.

The Rally Awards is a global competition that recognizes and celebrates excellence in recruitment marketing and employer branding practices. The goal of the Rally Awards is to uncover what marketing and branding strategies really work in recruiting, and to share those strategies with the Rally Recruitment Marketing community of 24,000 professionals from around the world. Unlike other award competitions, the Rally Awards honor individuals who work in-house at employers, rather than agencies or vendors.

“Let there be no doubt that recruitment marketing and employer branding make an employer's talent acquisition strategy more competitive and more successful. These winners have proven it with their remarkable results that draw a clear, bold line all the way from talent attraction to hire," said Lori Sylvia, Founder & CEO of Rally. "We're proud to honor them with a 2020 Rally Award!”

Winners were selected by an independent panel of peer judges, who themselves are accomplished practitioners in attracting talent through digital marketing and social media. Each entry was judged on strategy, quality, innovation and verified results.

Chloé Rada from Sodexo, Recruitment Marketer of the Year
“I’m so thrilled and grateful to be awarded with such prestige in our industry. My success is in no small part due to the members of my Sodexo team for joining me on this journey and adopting a continuous improvement mindset. I will always be there for my Talent Acquisition communities, like Rally Recruitment Marketing, just like dozens of people that were there for me when I was just starting out!”

Liz Caselli-Mechael, Digital Communications Lead at Nestlé USA
“We are honored to receive this recognition for our innovation in employer branding and recruitment marketing. I’m proud to work alongside our dedicated teams and grateful for the opportunity to continue sharing Nestlé’s story.”

Carmen Collins, Sr. Social Media & Talent Brand Manager, Cisco
“It was really nice for the whole @WeAreCisco team to attend together and watch the Rally Awards ceremony on Facebook Live. Seeing how other brands are implementing their recruitment marketing programs was a treat, and competing against the best just makes us strive to be better.”

Dani Kaufman from PetSmart, Recruitment Marketing Rising Star
“I started my career as a recruiter focusing on corporate creative and marketing roles. I loved talking to candidates about branding strategies, creative processes and really bringing messages to life. I was then introduced to a whole industry that combined these two interests – recruitment marketing! I had never realized that marketing messages needed to be crafted for candidates just as much as for customers and I found it extremely exciting. Like nerd level excitement. I jumped into learning everything I could and the Rally community has helped to drive that growth. I’m grateful for the resources the team puts out every week and to attend workshops and conferences with peers who are just as excited about this growing industry as I am!”

Award winners were honored at a virtual awards ceremony and will have their winning work featured on RallyRecruitmentMarketing.com to benefit, inspire and educate talent acquisition and marketing professionals everywhere.
