D2 Makes Three Leadership Hires to Position for Expansive Growth

D2, the industry's leading provider of commercialization services to pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, as well as a developer of a unique set of tools supporting Pharmacy Operations and Patient services for Specialty Pharmacies, Hubs, and Hospital Systems, has made three key hires to position itself for expansive growth in 2022 and beyond.

D2 has added David Vogel as Senior Vice President, Strategy Operations & Technology. Mr. Vogel has worked in the Specialty Pharmacy industry since 2004, beginning with a key strategic role at Express Scripts’ Specialty Pharmacy, followed by roles of increasing responsibility at D2 Consulting, Valeda Health and the University of Florida. Mr. Vogel’s experience includes helping to commercialize specialty pharmacy products, build specialty pharmacies, and developed overarching strategies for manufactures, HUBs, pharmacies, and health systems focusing on leveraging technology across the patient continuum. “It is a privilege to welcome David back to the D2 family, his experience is invaluable as we extend our goal to support the industry by helping our partners drive an ever-superior patient experience,” said Dean Erhardt, President & CEO.

In addition, D2 has hired John Campo as Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development. Mr. Campo brings extensive expertise in engaging end users and business partners across the healthcare landscape including Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturers among others. Mr. Campo’s experience includes a key role at Boston Scientific where he was accountable for two specialty pharmaceutical and three medical device business units, and where his leadership and team’s success proved to be a catalyst for the subsequent acquisition of BTG pic. In addition, Mr. Campo has been accountable for successful Market Access for multiple manufacturers, and he has also led high performing teams representing payers, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, a GPO and a consulting firm. “John’s experience working across the healthcare and pharmaceutical spectrum will allow D2 to more readily convey our message to the many organizations we can positively impact, creating even more value and impact to their current constituents,” said Erhardt.

Finally, D2 has added Jeff Siwak as Marketing Manager. Mr. Siwak brings significant experience in healthcare marketing, including roles at PBM’s, health plans, and an advertising firm. Mr. Siwak will help D2 to more succinctly communicate the firm’s key differentiators that bring value to the various industry segments that D2 serves. Jeff’s ability to focus on client needs and the solutions we provide with on-point messaging will help us better articulate the value of our services as we continue to expand our service offerings – from access to adherence,” said Erhardt.
