Liderança Group is excited to announce the addition of Susan Sanders to its executive leadership team as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer. In addition to sharing Liderança Group’s vision and mission, Sanders brings unique insight, wisdom and ability gained from being the founder of Spinderok and her years spent as an employee experience and workplace culture change leader. Additionally, Sanders is passionate about helping companies reset the strategies and plans that are holding them back from sustaining truly inclusive and compassionate workplaces where both the employees and the business thrive.

As the founder of Spinderok, Sanders challenged the status quo that often fails to recognize workers as individuals and, instead, inspired companies to humanize the employee experience. Previously, Sanders co-founded Velaku, a communications technology start-up. Empowered by an MBA from Arizona State University, Sanders worked for over 15 years alongside senior human resources, IT, and communications executives, including eight years spent at Willis Towers Watson. Sanders is currently the Americas Tech Equity Committee Chair for the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) and an active member of BARC, a radical collaborative group focusing on business sustainability. She is an avid sailor and an advocate of women’s and adaptive sailing.
