Connie Dye has joined Onward Search as Vice President of Marketing, overseeing the development and execution of results-driven marketing strategies.
NORWALK, Conn., Nov. 16, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Onward Search, a specialized workforce solutions provider in the creative, marketing and technology space, announced Connie Dye has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Dye will oversee the development and execution of results-driven marketing strategies.
Dye will draw from her near two decades of industry expertise to build Onward Search's digital marketing initiatives, strengthen the company's market position, and guide its marketing organization to drive revenue growth. In addition, Dye will advance Onward Search's recruitment marketing and employer brand to help elevate the company's reputation as one of the best places to work.
Dye comes to Onward from CarMax where she launched their award-winning employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy. Prior to joining CarMax, she directed brand strategy for non-profits, startups, Fortune 500 companies and advertising agencies. Dye has more than 15 years of creative staffing industry experience, having built successful agencies in Dallas and Richmond from the ground up.
