Grand County Tree Lighting Ceremonies
- Nov. 26 Winter Park Village, 3:00-5:00 pm. Enjoy holiday songs performed by the Beverly Belles while you watch the holiday tree light up, followed by photos with Santa.
- Nov. 25 Grand Lake Town Hall, 6:30–9:00 pm. Ring in the holiday season with festive carols, cocoa, cookies, and a visit with Santa and his reindeer.
- Dec.2 Downtown Granby starting at 6:00 pm. Get into the holiday spirit with carols, s'mores, and hot chocolate.
- Dece. 3 Kremmling Town Hall, 6:00-8:00 pm. Bring the entire family to celebrate the lighting of the biggest living Christmas tree west of the Mississippi. Enjoy Christmas carols, hayrides, s'mores, cider, and hot chocolate, along with reindeer from Colorado Reindeer Ranch.
Grand County Christmas Events
- Nov. 25-26, Olde Fashioned Holiday Bazaar, 10:00 am–5:00 pm. Visitors can browse through an assortment of handmade items for new holiday gifts and décor at the Grand Lake Arts Center's Old Fashioned Holiday Craft Bazaar.
- Dec.3 Breakfast with Santa at Sun Outdoors, 9:00 am-12:00 pm. It doesn't get much better to enjoy breakfast with Santa. Prepurchase tickets are required. The cost is $20/per person,
- Dec.10 Headwaters Rocky Mountain Yule Celebration, Headwaters Center, 6:00-10:00 pm. Located in downtown Winter Park, enjoy an enchanting evening of food and festivity with a performance by Chris Daniels and the Kings.
- Dec.10 and 11 Mistletoe Market at Sun Outdoor, 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Local vendors will be on hand for last-minute gift ideas.
- Dec. 16 Adult Gingerbread House-making Wine Party, Adventures Decanted, 5:00-9:00 pm. Learn the essentials of gingerbread house-building with Executive Chef Dominick Marchionda while enjoying holiday wines, bites, and desserts. The cost is $75/per person.
- Dec. 17 Holiday Happenings at Cozens Ranch Museum, 11:30 am-3:00 pm. Enjoy an afternoon filled with cookie decorating (and eating), handmade keepsake-making, and a visit with Santa. Admission is $5 per person or a non-perishable food item.
- Dec. 17-18 Home for the Holidays, Grand Lake – Join the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre alums as they present a festive holiday tribute and Grand Lake's favorite holiday tradition. Friday night is a free family night, including a holiday movie and a visit from Santa!
