He brings a decade of operational and strategic experience to his new role as Vengreso experiences major growth of its flagship cloud-based platform, FlyMSG.io.
In his new position, Wells will be responsible for fueling Vengreso's operations strategy, supporting both internal and external customers, as it grows the SaaS-based business with its text expansion and personal writing assistant software, FlyMSG. He will lead Vengreso's Global Business Operations, Customer Support and Success, Revenue Enablement, Human Resources, Recruitment, and Legal efforts.
Since joining the company in January 2020, Wells has served in four different leadership roles prior to his appointment as COO, spanning everything from Human Resources and IT Operations to Product Development and Revenue Enablement. He has dominated every aspect of each role and proven to be the firepower Vengreso needs as it focuses its growth plans on FlyMSG.
Wells has over 10 years of leadership, strategy consulting, and operations management experience with Training, BPO, SaaS, and other service-based companies across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. He has previously launched sites and managed teams of up to 4,000 FTEs, developed and implemented operational strategies to match culture and performance with objectives, and managed metrics to ensure a competitive edge. His focus on customer satisfaction directly boosted performance and profitability, ensuring alignment with projected income and demand.
