British music legend teams up with acclaimed producer Bulby York for New Single
NEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Legendary British crooner Maxi Priest teams up with acclaimed Jamaican producer Collin 'Bulby' York to explore the ups and downs of toxic love on his new single, "Want Her Love," released on August 26th.
"I really want her love, but she's just no good for me. Can never be in her arms and it breaks my heart 'cause we just not meant to be…" sings Priest, who is known for romantic ballads like the chart-topping 90s hit "Close to You." This new single, produced by York, finds a Priest in a somber mood battling with letting go of an unfaithful lover whom he longs to be with.

Released by Bulby York Music, "Want Her Love" features Priest's signature blend of roots reggae, rhythm & blues, and pop music, which has landed him worldwide acclaim. Born in England to Jamaican parents, Priest has a long string of reggae-influenced pop hits including covers of Cat Steven's "Wild World" and Robert Palmer's "Some Guys Have All the Luck," and collaborations with stars from Roberta Flack to Shabba Ranks.

"Want Her Love" is the second single released off of his upcoming album, slated to be released this fall.
