The partnership aims to help advance inclusion and engagement of LGBTQ+ employees in America’s workforce.

Over the past decade there has been a significant effort made by the government and companies to make the workplace more inclusive, but this effort is nowhere near enough. Many workplaces, intentionally or not, are not culturally competent or using best practices to serve and protect LGBTQ+ employees or clients. While some legal protections are in place, LGBTQ+ employees continue to face hostility in the workplace, from harassment to discrimination and even violence.
