The Reframe app has helped more than two million people over the past 18 months to cut back on or quit drinking alcohol. Unlike other programs, the app uses neuroscience to help people examine their relationship with alcohol, without the stigma that is usually associated with services to help people curb their drinking.
The team has created a robust program developed by trained psychologists, psychiatrists, and researchers from universities including Emory, Stanford, and Harvard. It brings together a personalized daily program, community support, progress tracking, tools to manage cravings, and one-on-one coaching all in one place. Within three months of using the app, 88-percent of users report a significant decrease in alcohol consumption. The overall goal is to give people the tools they need to reach their full potential.
