The summit begins on Wednesday, March 8th, a day selected for its global importance. "65% of our team are women" says, President & COO, Eileen Valois. "We want to pay tribute to International Women's Day with meaningful conversations and empowerment by launching the Go West Experience with 25 inspiring female speakers, each with a unique background and perspective to share. The full day of programming includes a series of panels featuring "Women in Business" in the morning, an afternoon with "Women in Music" and a fireside chat with co-lead singer of Fitz & The Tantrums and Founder of Diversify the Stage, Noelle Scaggs. Immediately following, "The Power of Women" celebration with cocktails and performances by female artists will bring day one of the summit to a close.
On March 9th, day two of the summit will focus on creativity with panels in the morning followed by an evening featuring the live return of Tom Truitt's Nashville event, WHO KNEW. March 10th, the third and final day of the summit will be devoted to giving with conversations that highlight the importance of being "giveful" and exploring creative ways to partner with charitable organizations and events. The summit concludes that evening with a celebration including cocktails and live music performances.
Tickets are required in advance through Eventbrite for this complimentary summit. There are limited seats available for thought leadership sessions and evening celebrations. A select number of sessions will be streamed on digital platforms and attendees from across the Country are invited to engage virtually.
