CCX appoints Blake Dark, former NHS chief negotiator, to advisory board
ZUG, Switzerland and BOSTON (PRWEB) May 16, 2023 -- CCX, the market access software leader, announced today that Blake Dark has joined the company’s advisory board. With a deep understanding of both the constraints and possibilities in market access, Dark will advise on both the design of CCX’s transformational platform and commercial strategy.

Dark was NHS’s chief negotiator with the pharmaceutical industry until late 2022. He holds a partnership at Newmarket Strategy and has served as a member of Sanofi’s UK and European Leadership Teams. During his 4 years at NHS England Dark led high profile access negotiations with the pharma industry and developed the Commercial Framework for New Medicines, developed unique insights in how to break down systemic issues with access to innovation.
As CCX builds software tools to support the market access work of both pharma and payers, Dark’s perspective will help CCX develop and roll out new tools that will equip the ecosystem for access to a new generation of therapies.
Dark joins other advisors of CCX including Carole Longson, former Executive Director at NICE, Brian O’Rourke, former CEO of CADTH and President Elect of ISPOR, and a number of other leaders in market access from both industry and payer.
