Some of the new enhancements to conference room management include a new calendar-view, an array of multi-attendee features, and services routing. Maptician Conference Room Management encompasses everything companies require to ensure a successful hybrid office.

With the new enhancements to Conference Room Management, organizations are able to manage hybrid with significantly improved efficiency. Some of the key features released include:

Multi-Attendee. With our bi-directional calendar sync, alongside the new multi-attendee feature, users can book rooms and other resources for a group of people, internally, externally, and/or via distribution lists as well as add additional attendees to Room Reservations. Where available, images of attendees automatically populate the room reservation.

New Interface. A new calendar-view within Maptician offers better visibility into delegated reservations, monthly, weekly, and agenda views, as well as easy-to-view room statuses.

Reservation Routing. Now, whether a conference room reservation or a hot desk reservation requires A/V, IT, cleaning, or catering services for a scheduled meeting or individual employee, designees are provided direct notice of services required. Users select from a pick list to seamlessly route key information regarding a reservation to designated Notification Lists which can contain system users, individuals outside of the organization, and distribution lists. Individuals assigned to that Notification List receive an automatic email notification when a new Reservation is created with details such as A/V, IT needs and catering service details for all reservable types including rooms, seats, parking, and assets.
