The University of Nebraska - Lincoln, Food Innovations Campus is hosting a 2 day seminar that will cover Freeze Drying and High Pressure Pasteurization of Pet Food and Pet Treats that will feature industry leaders from manufacturing, equipment, and academia.

Parker Freeze Dry will join other industry leaders with the Nebraska Innovation Campus Food Innovation Center on March 15-16, 2023 for a seminar dedicated to the Freeze Drying & High Pressure Processing of Raw Pet Foods and Treats. This seminar will include session topics including, Trends and Innovations, Freeze Drying Equipment Operation and Variables, Microbial Food Safety, Validation, Shelf-Life Extension, Packaging Considerations when using HPP and Freeze Dried Products, and Working with Co-Manufacturers throughout the process. Presenters will include:
