Numerated adds Chief Client Officer with deep industry experience to support company's momentum and focus on client experience

O'Neill brings extensive experience in scaling high-growth companies and building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients at the most senior levels. He has worked with banks and credit unions throughout his career helping provide client experiences that enabled them to continually exceed their expectations and strategic goals.
He joins Numerated from FIS where he most recently served as EVP, Global Head of Client Engagement and was responsible for leading efforts to enhance the client experience through technology, relationship management, and advocacy. During his 13 years at FIS, he also held leadership roles as EVP & Chief Client Officer - FIS Integrated Financial Solutions and Vice President - Partner Management & Commercial Sales. Brian also has experience founding and scaling growth-stage businesses. Additionally, he has held leadership roles with Healthways, Inc, and Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc, and was co-founder of ProMera Health.
As Chief Client Officer at Numerated, O'Neill will oversee the company's implementation, support, and account management efforts working closely with Numerated's president, David O'Malley. O'Neill will provide leadership to execute on the company's commitment to service excellence. Working in tandem with the various other teams within Numerated, he will be responsible for helping bank and credit union clients deliver best-in-class business lending experiences.
