Hudson, OH (PRWEB) July 16, 2013 -- After receiving feedback from customers regarding their popular line of HDMI Matrix Switches, KVMSwitchTech is happy to announce that some important product improvements have been made. One of the most commonly requested enhancements was to provide fast speed start and switching. As anyone who has dealt with HDMI Switching can attest, there is often an annoying delay between the moment when the user changes the source and when the video appears. This delay, often lasting as long as 7 seconds, is the result of the security handshake that the video source must do with the display to verify that it can display the content. KVMSwitchTech has now incorporated a feature that allows fast switching so that the delay is no longer perceptible to the end user. This makes these larger 32x32 HDMI Matrix Switchers ideal for installations in the dining/hospitality, entertainment, government, surveillance and medical service industries.
These Matrix Switches including 64x64 HDMI Matrix can be controlled with push buttons on the front, RS232 control, infra red remote, and Ethernet based TCP/IP control. Hot-swappable cards and dual redundant power supply make these units an ideal solution for applications where flexibility, reliability, ease of use and no downtime are needed. Matrix Switchers can be used in conjunction with long range HDMI Extenders. They support full HD 1080p resolution with 3D capabilities. The signal transmission is up to 330ft over inexpensive and readily available Cat5e/Cat6/Cat7 network cables.
