Woodland Hills, CA (PRWEB) July 28, 2013
CannaMed of Boston is now scheduling Boston medical marijuana appointments for patients with debilitating medical conditions. Pursuant to Amendment Article 48 of the Massachusetts Constitution, patients can qualify for legal medical marijuana use if they are suffering from debilitating medical conditions such as cancer, glaucoma, positive status for human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Crohn’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and other conditions as determined in writing by a qualifying patient’s physician.
CannaMed has been a leading provider of Los Angeles medical marijuana since 2004. At CannaMed patients see a real licensed physician in one of their three safe locations. Patients DO NOT see a Physician Assistant or a doctor by Internet video conferencing IE: Skype and CannaMed warns against visiting any clinic that provides medical marijuana evaluations through such electronic means as Doctors currently using these practices are breaking the law.
At CannaMed all patient information is 100 percent confidential in the state of California. CannaMed does not report or send patient information to any third parties or government agencies.
Once approved for a Medical Marijuana Recommendation by a CannaMed Physician for a Medical Marijuana Recommendation, patients will receive a letter of recommendation printed on nice stock with the seal of CannaMed a California Medical Corporation and a signature from the evaluating doctor. Along with the letter of recommendation patients will receive a CannaMed Medical Marijuana Patient Photo ID card, which is commonly referred to as a Medical Marijuana Card.
CannaMed reminds all patients not to confuse a Doctor’s office issued Patient ID card with the one that is issued by a state or county. The State or County Issued Cards are completely voluntary.
If the evaluating CannaMed physician does not approve a patient for Medical Marijuana or Cannabis then the visit to CannaMed is Free!
CannaMed has five convenient locations in California and Massachusetts for patients to visit. For California Medical Marijuana patients CannaMed is located in Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, and Santa Barbara. Residents of the Boston area can visit CannaMed Medical Marijuana in Farmington.
