AINS, Inc. announces it has been granted an “Authority to Operate” (ATO) for our eCase Software as a Service (SaaS) under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP℠) at the Moderate impact level by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
eCase is a robust SaaS platform for implementing multiple, coexisting adaptive case management solutions including eCase Correspondence, eCase HR, eCase - Audit and FOIAXpress (the industry leading purpose-built FOIA case processing software) within a single commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution.
FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorizations, and continuous monitoring of cloud-based information technology products and services. FedRAMP’s purpose is to increase the adoption of and speed the migration of current services to cloud services, increase confidence in the security of cloud-based solutions, increase automation, and provide near real-time security data monitoring.
AINS obtained HUD’s ATO by demonstrating full implementation of rigorous security controls in its eCase SaaS solutions in compliance with FedRAMP requirements. These security controls were independently tested and verified by an accredited FedRAMP Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO). The authorization allows government agencies to find more cost effective solutions that are faster to deploy a verified and trusted option for case management solutions.
According to Moe Goswami, CEO and President of AINS, “FedRAMP certification of eCase provides federal agencies a new, expedited opportunity to deploy new case management solutions in a cost-effective manner. FedRAMP certification gives our customers enhanced transparency into security management”.
AINS, Inc. is a minority owned small business with over 25 years of providing innovated COTS products and IT services. The FedRAMP authorization of eCase by HUD, along with AINS CMMI level 3 and ISO certifications, affirms AINS commitment to employing leading edge quality standards and industry best practices. AINS continues to optimize its processes, tools, training, and tailoring guidelines based on measures, lessons learned, and user improvement suggestions. These improvements help to ensure that AINS will continue to provide outstanding products and services of increasing value to our customers.
