Elmore has been working in the financial services industry for 15 years and spent the majority of his career at Experian, where he held a variety of business development roles serving several different vertical markets in consumer finance.

Prior to joining ACT, Elmore was an Account Executive in the financial services vertical at Experian Information Services. In his 15-year career in financial services, he has worked with specific vertical markets including collections, automotive, banking, credit unions, government, and healthcare. Elmore has worked in-depth with many organizations on developing workflow strategies to optimize recoveries, maintain high levels of service and compliance, and deliver the best outcomes.
