2016’s Most Affordable Online Colleges Named by AffordableCollegesOnline.org
Reno, NV (PRWEB) October 03, 2016 -- Industry leader in higher education information and resources AffordableCollegesOnline.org has released it’s 2016-2017 ranking of the Most Affordable Online Colleges in the nation. The lists highlight the top 50 two-year and top 50 four-year schools in the nation when it comes to cost and quality.
“The cost of a college education is a big issue for students today,” said Dan Schuessler, CEO and Founder of AffordableCollegesOnline.org. “We felt it important to break down pricing and program data to find the schools who are creating high-quality online learning programs at the most affordable rates.”
In order to create these rankings AffordableCollegesOnline compares more than a dozen different data points. Schools must be regionally accredited and hold public or private not-for-profit standing to qualify. Each institution must also offer at least ten online degree programs, with an annual in-state tuition under $3,000 for two-year programs and $15,000 for four-year programs.
