‘The Message’ predicts 2012 rapture; author now says July 2014
CHICAGO (PRWEB) December 05, 2014 -- In his book, “The Message” (published by Trafford Publishing), author Albert Lynch warns readers that the return of God to Earth is imminent – though he is now amending his original prediction of Sept. 17, 2012 to July 7, 2014.
An inspirational exploration into the Bible, “The Message” offers readers information on Lynch’s belief that God will soon return to Earth to rapture his church.
“The Message” indicates that God was going to come to Earth to collect all his believers on Sept. 17, 2012 at midnight, opening the door to heaven to his followers and shutting the door to nonbelievers forever. Lynch has since amended this date to July 7, 2014, although “The Message” has not undergone an official revision to reflect this change.
Of his date change, Lynch says:
“The year 2012 is not right as stated in the book. The time has already passed, but it is the closest anyone ever got to the actual time of the Rapture. After reading more, I found out I was two years off the mark. I was close anyway, only two years off to the date. But closeness only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades.”
