All-Star Chef Classic is a modern food event that brings together 26 highly acclaimed chefs from around the country and across the world to Downtown Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE. This outstanding constellation of chefs will come together to cook in the never-before-seen Restaurant Stadium™ and the Chefs’ Tasting Arena™. The stars of the kitchen who have shone bright over the years and the rising stars who they have influenced and mentored will cook together at four unique gastronomic celebrations: The French Masters Dinner hosted by Ludo Lefebvre, All-Star Lunch, Grill & Chill and Savor the Season.

Fisher & Paykel will sponsor and provide premium appliances, including induction cooktops, 30” ranges and the unique CoolDrawer™ refrigerator, in Restaurant Stadium for The French Masters Dinner on Friday, March 21. A celebration of French culinary excellence through the generations, The French Masters Dinner is hosted by Los Angeles’ own Ludo Lefebvre. Chef Ludo will welcome two of the world’s greatest chefs (and his mentors), Alain Passard and Marc Meneau, into Restaurant Stadium along with Paris “it” chef, Iñaki Aizpitarte, for a never-before-seen collaboration of international culinary talent.
The chefs will be joined by special guests, when they will prepare a five course exquisite dinner for 270 ticketed guests, along with an elegant pairing of French wine, all while interacting with each other and the crowd.
DCS by Fisher & Paykel will be a presenting sponsor of the Chefs’ Tasting Arena and will provide premium outdoor grills for Grill & Chill on Saturday, March 22. Grill & Chill is a nighttime celebration of the many ways different cultures embrace the experience of cooking over an open flame in the Chefs’ Tasting Arena. The international cookout will be for over 700 guests and feature 10 diverse chefs: Roy Choi, Michael Cimarusti, Gabrielle Hamilton, Gavin Kaysen, Ludo Lefebvre, Donald Link, Naomi Pomeroy, Paul Qui, Jon Shook and Ricardo Zarate, who will showcase their techniques with 10 unique dishes.
