Karen Mondshine Joins Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President and Marketing Director, Private Client Group

In this position, she will manage and implement cross-selling strategies to create synergies among Alliant’s diverse portfolio of commercial, employee benefits, and personal insurance clients. Mondshine will also focus on building and maintaining strong market/carrier relationships to maximize value for clients.
Mondshine has more than 25 years of experience in personal lines insurance, delivering a broad range of insurance products and services designed for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-suite executives. She has extensive experience in business development, risk management, brokerage operations management, strategic planning, automation implementation, and operations analysis.

Prior to joining Alliant, Mondshine directed national marketing initiatives, managed customer relationships, and oversaw product implementation for a property and casualty insurance company. She holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations and will be based in Houston and reporting to the Private Client Group in New York.
