Heritage Woods of Belvidere to Host Health and Wellness Seminar

Heritage Woods of Belvidere, a BMA affordable assisted living community, is hosting a life improvement seminar on Aug. 2. The community is the only senior living community in Boone County, Illinois, that is certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program.

Heritage Woods of Belvidere, a BMA affordable assisted living community, will host a health and wellness seminar at 2 p.m. on Aug. 2.

The community, which is located at 4730 Squaw Prairie Rd. in Belvidere, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid.

“Take an opportunity to learn a few simple tools to extend and improve your life,” said Belvidere Administrator Ed Alvarez.

The seminar is open to the public. There is no charge to attend.
