Heritage Woods of Belvidere, a BMA affordable assisted living community, will host two Halloween-themed events in October.
The community, which is located at 4730 Squaw Prairie Rd. in Belvidere, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid.
Area children are invited to visit Heritage Woods from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 for trick or treating. Residents will pass out candy to children, “and they can’t wait to see all the wonderful costumes,” said Robin Bertram, Director of Marketing for Heritage Woods of Belvidere.
The community will host a Halloween Party from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 31 with a DJ, costume contest and treats for residents and guests.
“Join us at Heritage Woods for a family-friendly good time as we celebrate Halloween and continue the tradition of fun at our community,” Bertram said.
