Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook Affordable Assisted Living Community to Host Fall-Themed Cooking Class
(PRWEB) November 09, 2014 -- Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook, a BMA affordable assisted living community, hosts a monthly cooking class for residents and guests. This month’s session will begin at 2 p.m. on Nov. 12 and will include a lesson on making pumpkin treats in mason jars.
The community, which is located at 550 Kildeer Dr. in Bolingbrook, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence.
“We invite you to eat these pumpkin treats fresh out of the oven or take them home for an evening snack,” said Jolleen Simonson, Director of Marketing at Heritage Woods.

Certified nursing assistants, working under the direction of a licensed nurse, are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All three meals each day, housekeeping and laundry are among the included services.
"Residents also benefit from all of the opportunities that are available to socialize with friends and neighbors and to participate in activities and special programs," says Simonson.
