Axium, a leading developer of accounting and project management software for A/E firms, today announced the acquisition of ArchitTrek™, a web-based project collaboration tool for the architect and engineering market. ArchitTrek provides a platform for architects, engineers, owners, clients and contractors to collaborate, share documents and communicate project progress with additional tools for electronic bidding and change order management. The acquisition is the latest strategic move by Axium to expand capabilities for A/E firms among both existing and new clients.
