B2B Industrial Packaging Announces Grand Opening of Packaging and Construction Tool Repair Facility
ADDISON, Ill. (PRWEB) January 26, 2016 -- B2B Industrial Packaging just announced the grand opening of one of the most comprehensive packaging and construction tool repair facilities in the world. The recent acquisition of tool repair giant Anasco, allowed B2B Industrial Packaging to more than double the size of its existing tool repair facility.
Vice President of Operations Jim Morrow said, “We have added significantly more equipment and tech benches. The experience of the Anasco tool repair experts has given us the ability to repair a full array of packaging and construction tools. We have also added state-of-the-art capabilities such as a test fire range to test tools.”
The industry-leading tool repair facility is able to process just about every piece of equipment that relates to industrial packaging and construction. This includes strapping guns, nail and staple guns, drills, air compressors, generators, and more. The facility’s certified technicians repair all major brands of equipment.
The simplified online tool repair process requires filling out one brief form. Then a tool repair specialist will make contact within 24 hours. Where feasible, B2B Industrial will first try to help the caller fix the equipment over the phone. If that doesn’t work, the caller can either ship it or drop it off. There is a 45-day warranty on all repairs.
B2B Industrial Packaging now operates a will call center so that organizations can drop off and pick up tools. Companies outside the service area usually ship UPS.
All but one of the facility’s tool repair technicians have been repairing packaging and construction tools for over 10 years. This means a deep bench of experience, expertise, and product knowledge. B2B Industrial Packaging also operates three service vans that allow technicians to perform onsite repair throughout Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
Through the company’s trailblazing loaner tool program, loaner tools are available free (along with free repairs) to high volume packaging supply clients. Currently B2B Industrial Packaging has about 3,000 loaner tools in circulation. Others choose to buy their tools from the company.
“Anyone that uses construction tools or industrial packaging tools is welcome to avail themselves of our tool repair facility,” Morrow said. “We will repair any tool, whether it was purchased from us or not.”
On the rare occasion that B2B Industrial can’t fix the tool, organizations can still save money by buying used, reconditioned equipment from the company. These products, which perform as well as new equipment, come with either a 45-day or 30-day warranty depending on the type of equipment.
Servicing more than 6,000 active clients, B2B Industrial Packaging sells a full range of packaging equipment and supplies including steel strapping, stretch film, and fasteners to clients primarily in the Central Great Lakes, the Central Plains, California, Texas, North Carolina, and Mexico. B2B Industrial Packaging is unique in that it also operates a state-of-the-art strapping and fastener tool repair facility that services the entire U.S. To contact B2B Industrial Packaging, call 1-877-222-5747, email Kim Calcagno at kcalcagno(at)b2bind.com, or visit http://www.B2BInd.com.
