Baker Electric Solar Names Kathi McCalligan Director of Marketing
San Diego, Calif. (PRWEB) October 19, 2015 -- Baker Electric Solar, a full-service solar provider and SunPower Elite Dealer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathi McCalligan as director of marketing.
As director of marketing, McCalligan is responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital and traditional marketing programs, social media, public relations, community relations, and events. These programs are specifically designed to build the Baker Electric Solar brand, drive qualified leads and contribute value through charitable efforts throughout Southern California.
McCalligan brings significant domestic and international experience creating and executing integrated marketing programs. Prior to joining the San Diego solar provider, she held the position of director, integrated marketing and events at San Francisco-based Blu Homes. In addition, her career experience includes serving as marketing director for Sunset Publishing, one of Time Inc.’s iconic brands and a marketing management position for Hewlett Packard’s networking business.
McCalligan received her bachelor’s degree from Antioch College. She went on to obtain her Professional Marketing Communications Certification from Boston University and her Professional Business Administration Certification from Babson College.
