Popular Family Sports Pub Franchise Diversifies Menu with Delicious New Shareable Offerings

Families and sports fans now have two more reasons to head to their local Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. The family sports pub franchise is proud to announce a brand new menu featuring pizzas and flatbreads, marking a first in the company’s nearly 30-year history.

“So many families, especially ones with small children, love pizza as an easy way to feed the whole family. It’s also the perfect food for friends to share while watching a game,” said Chris Elliott, CEO of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. “We’ve been working on it for a long time, and we are confident that our customers will be happy with the new additions.”

The line of pizzas and flatbreads includes the Beef 'O' Brady's Buffalo Chicken Pizza, topped with bleu cheese and ranch, and the Chipotle Philly Flatbread, which features Philly steak and chipotle mayo. The new menu also includes an extension of Beef’s value platform with the addition of Tacos on Tuesdays — two chicken, steak or beef tacos with chips and salsa for $4.99 — and Pizza and Wing Wednesday, when guests can purchase any pizza for $9.99 and wings for just 60 cents each.

“We think over time, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is going to be known for great wings, great burgers, and great pizza,” Elliott said.

The process to add pizza and flatbreads to the menu began in 2010, when the new management team, including Elliott, came on board with Beef’s and customers and focus groups repeatedly requested pizza as an option on the menu.

They started testing the program in 2011, with a focus on high quality above all else The R&D team went through several iterations of the recipe and the operating systems to find the model that would create the highest-quality pizza while also creating the smallest financial burden on the franchise owners. The final product is a pizza made with Neo Artisan pizza crust, whole milk mozzarella, fresh ingredients and the best-tasting pizza sauce on the market.

Elliott and the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s team are confident that the new pizzas and flatbreads will continue the brand’s recent run of successful menu innovation. In the spring of 2012, Beef’s added fajitas to the menu, which quickly became one of the most profitable menu offerings. More recently, the company reformulated and re-launched its signature burgers.
