Most recently, Keffer served as Vice President of IT for Asurion, the worldwide leader in mobile protection insurance.

Like many BigTeams teammates, Keffer was a high school athlete; he ran track. Keffer attended Dartmouth College and earned a B.A. in Engineering Science and English literature, as well as a Masters of Engineering. Keffer served six years as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, before launching an IT career at Freddie Mac, AOL and Asurion.
