About Allstate Agency Hands in the Community Program
Allstate, their agents and employees together contribute over $29 million a year to charities and community projects. One way they are accomplishing this impressive level of giving is through the Hands in the Community program. The program began in 2003 to provide support for thousands of nonprofits across the U.S. and to acknowledge the Allstate employees and agency owners that volunteer their time.

The Allstate Foundation will then review the application and decide whether to give a $500 or $1,000 grant to the organization based on the availability of funds. Biscoe Insurance Group is active within the program, ensuring the charitable organizations that they work with get a chance to receive the valuable grants.
