Three Carat Award winners for 2014 must meet the requirement of $12 million - $19,999,999 in total sales volume or 40-49 real estate transactions to qualify for the prestigious 2014 Diamond Club Member recognition. Designations range from One Carat to Five Carat. SMDRA is a non-profit trade association that provides real estate professionals with the resources they need to help them grow and prosper in the highly competitive real estate business.

“We are pleased to present Bob Miner with the Diamond Circle Award for 2014,” said Steve Konecny, 2015 Chairman of SMDRA. “He has demonstrated a sincere dedication to the real estate business, old-fashioned hard work, and superior customer service to achieve success regardless of market conditions. We are proud to have Bob as a member of our association.”

Bob was also the recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Professional Award, featured in 5280 Magazine, for the third year in a row. This award is given based on minimum sales volume and transactions as well, but more importantly, is centered on the reviews of recent clients and their satisfaction with Bob’s service. Less than 7% of agents in the Denver area are elected for this esteemed award.

Lastly, Bob was a proven star within RE/Max in 2014. For the second year, he is a member of the RE/Max Platinum Club, which recognizes top individual annual gross commissions and was in the Top 5 Individual Producers for the RE/Max Professionals Highlands Ranch office for the second consecutive year.

RE/Max is an agency that provides agents with corporate services like advertising, training and support; however real estate agents are independent contractors who run their own businesses. Agents rely on their own sphere of family, friends and contacts, plus word of mouth, for business and referrals to fuel their success in the real estate industry. Bob’s success is only due to his fiercely loyal client base, without which, none of his achievements would be possible.

Bob, along with his wife Carrie, have been dedicated to providing top-notch real estate services to all of their clients for the past 10 years; and with nearly 20 years of negotiation experience, they have a unique skill set to show their clients a distinct difference from other agents. The Miner Team is committed to giving back within the community by sponsoring and contributing to a number of fundraising events at local schools in Highlands Ranch.
