All Star Attorney Candace Meyers Makes Partner at Boyle & Feinberg
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 21, 2015 -- Boyle Feinberg, P.C., a highly-respected family law firm founded by Janet Boyle and Joy Feinberg, is proud to announce Candace Meyers has become a partner. Candace, who had worked with Janet’s previous firm for approximately five years, has eleven years of divorce experience. In order to continue to hone her trial skills, Candace will be attending a weeklong trial advocacy program during the summer of 2015.
“We encourage our younger attorneys to get involved professionally, and we help them find opportunities to do so,” said managing partner Janet Boyle, who is widely regarded as one of the most effective family law attorneys serving the Chicago area. “We believe furthering our education, by attending advanced programs and intensive lectures, helps our attorneys be the best lawyers for our clients.”
Candace’s eleven years of divorce experience, handling and assisting in complex custody and financial cases, has given her perspective and insight into human nature. She enjoys the creativity she brings to bear in finding successful resolutions for her clients. Candace finds that being the mother of two young boys has taught her much about parenting and allows her clients to relate to her on a personal, as well as professional level. “I find interacting with my clients and obtaining favorable results the most rewarding aspects of my career,” said Candace. “I am proud to be named a partner at Boyle & Feinberg and look forward to further enhancing my skills as an attorney with the guidance of Janet and Joy. We are a team of winners.”
Candace is the Chair of the Domestic Relations Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. She is an associate board member of the Anti-Defamation League, and serves as one of the co-chairs for the ADL Outreach Network. Candace is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers, where she serves on the judicial evaluation committee.
Boyle & Feinberg is also proud to announce the addition of two new attorneys, Madilyn Keating and Laura Gottlieb. “Since coming on board, both Madilyn and Laura have proven themselves to be major assets to the firm,” said partner Joy Feinberg, one of Illinois’ top-rated divorce attorneys. “We have assembled a talented team of younger lawyers and paralegals that inspire Janet and myself. We see the drive and ambition of our younger selves in them. Watching them strive for perfection and often achieving it is as rewarding as our individual successes.”
Janet and Joy encourage all attorneys to actively continue their education to create experienced informed attorneys. Joy has created a “Women Only” educational program covering all financial aspects of family law practice. Arin Fife, the senior associate at Boyle Feinberg, was published in the American Bar Association Family Advocate Magazine this year for an article about pension division during divorce. Like Candace, Arin is presently attending a trial advocacy program. Arin’s intensive eight day program is with the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas.
