Brian Ernst, RE/MAX of Northern Illinois Office of the Year - Sales Production Manager, and JoAnna Blackstock , Chinowth & Cohen Agent of the Year in Tulsa, Oklahoma, presented their highly anticipated training, “The 20-Hour Workweek,” at the summer’s semi-annual professional event―the 2015 Floyd Wickman Summer Forum.

“I am very proud of the astonishingly effective work plan JoAnna and I have co-created,“ says Brian. “We can show agents how to grow their current production in just 20 hours a week of focused activity and create a balance in their lives, most real estate professionals sacrifice. This is not theory, but a practical application that's proven to work.”

The Floyd Wickman Forum is a gathering of highly trained productive agents from across the U.S, and Canada that meet twice a year to exchange best practices and re-tool their business among the best minds in the business. It is an invaluable professional experience and considered by many to be much like a semi-annual board of directors meeting, a two-day reset to review goals, renew one’s commitment, recharge the batteries, and return refreshed. For more than 40 years, Floyd Wickman and his organizations have transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals across the globe. Brian Ernst has spoken from the stage to this group for the past three years and is on the the attendee’s favorites with record audience attendance for his portion of the conference. One of the colleagues from the event, Sham Reddy from Ohio, said, “In 22 years of coming to the Forum, this was the best presentation I’ve ever attended.”

The RE/MAX Action “Action Group”, the exclusive Chicagoland agent group lead by Brian Ernst, attended this summer’s Forum for the fourth consecutive year. The “Action Group” continues to meet throughout the year with Brian’s leadership, where his agents continue to contribute to the effectiveness of their business and training through this accountability group.

Broker/Owner Gary Jacklin and Brian Ernst created the “Action Group” nearly four years ago to provide a supportive, high-performance coaching environment for agents at all levels. As RE/MAX Action's sales production manager, Brian has already provided focused coaching and mentoring through the “Action Group” that has helped participating agents achieve impressive results. His topics include “Working more efficiently for real estate agents” and “Secrets of productive agents.”
