CCNG is proud to announce upcoming Customer Experience and Engagement regional events hosted by CCNG members in Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. These regional events will bring together managers responsible for customer contact, support, and engagement from both Ohio and Indiana, as well as Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia to share perspectives, proven strategies, and innovative best practices.

CCNG Regional Events - Connect, Collaborate, Contribute

Not only was the audience spot on for the discussion topics, the interactions with them and amongst themselves were awesome!

CCNG International Inc. is pleased to announce its upcoming regional events in Ohio and Indiana scheduled for March and May. These two regional events are hosted by CCNG members and will be highlighted with host member led discussions, open town halls led by various members from the region, topic led discussions by sponsoring CCNG partners, small group conversations, and a site tour.

The first area regional event will be on March 31st in Columbus OH with hosts Medical Mutual of Ohio and Erie Insurance. The May CCNG regional event will be in Indianapolis IN hosted by Bluegreen Vacations on the 5th and will include a site tour of their Customer Care & Club Service contact center. Sponsorship for these two regional events will be provided CCNG partners including HP, Plantronics, Calabrio, and inContact.

New in 2016 for Ohio valley region will be a full-day event format to complement the existing half-day event format. “With the growth in the greater Ohio valley area, we are excited to provide continued events and the new full day program that will encourage different organizations traveling from a wider area to participate with new peer companies and colleagues” says David Hadobas, President and CEO of CCNG. “The added time in a full day agenda allows our members, guests, and partners even more time to connect, network, engage, and share ideas together than in our regular half-day events”.

Each year CCNG works with members to plan over 20 regional events throughout the United States and their annual Executive Summit designed for senior level management with experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, and Customer Experience Management.

Additional upcoming CCNG regional events will be hosted in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX on March 23rd, April 21st in Baltimore, MD and May 19th in Charlotte, NC.
