You must have a mindset of excellence and constant pursuit of growth and evolution, and that must filter down to your team.”
No. 2: Trust your gut. “Always remember why you started, those who encouraged you, and those who you can use your newfound position to uplift,” added Ocasio. “But most importantly, do not ever doubt yourself,” stressed Cimadevilla.
No. 3: Network, network, network. “Hit the pavement every single day, even if it’s a quick cup of joe with your Realtor,” said Cimadevilla. “You don’t have to be at an evening ‘networker’ to make contacts and generate leads; I have made some of my best connections in lobbies or running errands. Frankly, you are your best billboard; no one can market for your business better than you.”
