QCloud Automated Audit is an innovative new service which delivers accurate information about the effectiveness of customers’ application security and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls. It helps customers to reduce external audit costs and prevent internal fraud.
Customers can login to the QCloud portal and request an audit of their live system. Within 8 hours the user will receive a URL which they can use to view their results, including access and Segregation of Duties analysis, and a report identifying security weaknesses and recommendations for improvements.
The Periodic Review Module for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne customers is being introduced in Version 5.3 of Q Software’s suite of security, compliance and productivity tools for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
“Access Reviews play a crucial part in preventing internal fraud, but up to now conducting them has been a long-winded and painful process, usually involving complex spreadsheets and a lot of manual effort,” said Brian Stanz, Chief Technology Officer at Q Software. “The new module enables customers to conduct regular reviews and provide evidence to auditors with a fraction of the time and effort.”
