Join Candace Avents as she carefully pens a delightful and lesson-filled tale of two friends and their unique and inspirational relationship of helping each other to become better individuals in Gimme Will Not Get It.
Jack and Sammy are very good friends. While growing up, they played sports, rode bikes, built club houses, went to school...well, they pretty much did everything together! Jack and Sammy were inseparable. Growing up in the same neighborhood was very helpful to their friendship; they could even have dinner together at least three times a week! These friends could not be separated. Although they love to hang out together and simply enjoy life in the 3rd grade…these boys are very different from one another. Jack is very respectful and laid back. Sammy, however, is very rude and doesn’t consider other people’s feelings when he speaks.
Jack and Sammy will learn a lot about friendship and manners during their 3rd grade school year in Mrs. Patty’s class. The ride is a bit bumpy, but in the end…everyone is a winner. The unique friendship between Jack and Sammy will give you a greater appreciation for 3 little words: please and thank you!
Brimming with life lessons and pure human emotions, Gimme Will Not Get It is a colorful and delightful book that teaches children that manners are a must. This books aims to raise awareness that can stimulate children to embrace the art of being courteous.
