CarHistory.us.org Sees Customer Complaints Drop In First Quarter 2014
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 04, 2014 -- CarHistory.us.org has reported that fewer customers contacted them with a complaint during the last three months, the company said yesterday.
“Every quarter we do an audit counting the number of complaints we receive from customers with questions or concerns,” a CarHistory.us.org spokesman said. “We do this to monitor the performance of any changes we make to our site and our software. We are very happy to report that in the audit completed today, the number of overall customer complaints was 27 percent less this quarter than in the last quarter of 2013.”
CarHistory.us.org believes the reduction in the number of complaints was the result of software upgrades and patches made at the end of last year, he said.
“We'd discovered that our software had some glitches that would once in a while generate the wrong report,” he said. “We tracked down the code that was causing the problem and fixed it.”
Additionally, CarHistory.us.org made their search system run more quickly, he said.
“We realized that a number of complaints were coming from people who became impatient and clicked away from the site before their report was downloaded,” he said. “So, by making people have access to the reports on their desktop faster we were able to overcome this problem.”
The company said it expects to continue to find and fix problems that can lead to complaints.
“You can't ever run a company without a single complaint,” he said. “But you can do whatever you can to minimize them. That's always been our policy.”
