CarHistory.us.org Preparing to Reformat Reports In 2014
Denver, CO (PRWEB) December 13, 2013 -- CarHistory.us.org will update the format of their reports in 2014 in response to customer demand, the company announced yesterday.
“We've been doing a review of the questions and concerns we've received during the year,” a CarHistory.us.org spokesman said. “We found that the most common questions came from people who had trouble understanding information due to the format of our reports. So, we made a decision to make them easier to read by using a new format.”
CarHistory.us.org has market tested various new formats and gotten positive feedback, he said.
“We tried out a bunch of different formats and showed them to different test groups,” he said. “Overall, one new format was rated the easiest to understand while still giving people the information they are looking for.”
CarHistory.us.org is currently updating their system, and the new reports will be online by the end of the year, he said.
“We are also making some other changes based on our review of customer concerns over this past year,” he said. “We'll be changing the way our search system works so that it is easier to navigate. We feel that the end of the year is the best time possible to look back and find ways to improve.”
Additional changes to CarHistory.us.org will be announced in the coming weeks, he said.
“We always want to move forward and do better than before,” he said.
