“Obviously, no company can survive in this day and age without a social media presence,” a CarHistoryDatabase.org spokesman said. “But we wanted it to be more than that. Which is why we've waited until our launch was complete to launch our social media, so we could do it right.”

The social media accounts will be updated on a regular basis and monitored by a dedicated staff, he said.
“We have full confidence in our social media manager to deal with whatever questions or concerns come our way,” he said. “We think that being available for our customers through a variety of different channels is the best way to be a good corporate neighbor.”
