One-hundred companies were honored at the Los Angeles Business Journal’s annual event which was held on August 19th at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles. Winners were determined through a statewide survey which was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Los Angeles, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. This year, Centerfield Media ranked number six in the small to medium-sized category, the highest ranked advertising technology company among the companies listed.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part of the process consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined score determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Los Angeles and also analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.
