Working together in holistic health, authors Cheryl Baldwin and Mary Finerty see people becoming increasingly more stressed and overwhelmed with life. They see the yearning people have for a different way of living. After sharing with their clients some of their stories on how to live with synchronicity to bring joy and magical moments to life, they decided to bring their techniques to a larger audience with their new book, “Living with Grace, Flow and Ease” (published by Balboa Press).
“‘Living with Grace, Flow and Ease’ is about just what the title says,” Baldwin says. “It is about a technique to invoke these three energies into your life every day, everywhere, in every situation, to assist you.”
Recognizing that many people would like more grace, flow and ease in their fast-paced lives, the authors provide readers with a simple way to start experiencing their days, lives, and even their own feelings, differently. The simple techniques presented in “Living with Grace, Flow and Ease” are aimed to create positive change in the lives of readers through the adoption of the presented transformative lifestyle and practices.
“People are striving to sustain the demands of everyday life and to decrease the enormous stress of the everyday work load,” Baldwin explains. “People are tired of not feeling good enough, that they don’t matter, or that no matter what they do, it’s never enough. When you ask people what they want, they say, ‘peace,’ ‘to be happy,’ ‘to feel like I count.’ This book speaks to this and offers a way to set an intention that opens the door for greater joy, satisfaction and awareness.”
