‘Healthy Lifestyles and You’ Introduced by Nurse Clarice Ingraham

Through “Healthy Lifestyles and You” Ingraham argues that health education should begin at the primary school level, equipping young children with healthy lifestyle practices to eventually help control and lower the maternal morbidity and mortality rates universally.

Clarice Ingraham resides on the Island of New Providence, Bahamas. She was born in Mount Thompson, on the mainland of Great Exuma, Bahamas. Ingraham attended the Bahamas School of Nursing from 1969 through attaining her diploma in nursing in June 1973, became a certified midwife in June 1981, and obtained a certificate in community nursing in August 1987. She has worked in most of The Bahaman Islands and in all of the clinics in New Providence. Clarice earned her MBA and PhD in Public Administration from the McHari International Institute. MBA in November 2003, PhD in November 2011. A former team leader at F. G. Clinic. Presently she is an entrepreneur.
