“We are very excited and looking forward to opening this new location,” said Mary Garnett, owner and spokesperson for Clean Slate Laser Tattoo Removal Center, a company that specializes in tattoo removal.

Garnett, who has been removing tattoos for more than five years, said she uses the PicoSure Laser and the Q-Switch, one of the most effective instruments for tattoo removal, while providing some of the fastest and best results available.

Garnett explained that traditional Q-switch lasers emit energy in nanoseconds (millions of a second). PicoSure, according to Garnett, emits energy in picoseconds (trillionths of a second) – a thousand times faster than nanoseconds. She went on to note that this rapid energy pulse obliterates ink molecules into dust like particles, allowing them to be easily flushed out by your body’s natural immune system.

“PicoSure laser tattoo removal treatments are safer, faster, less painful and significantly more effective than anything available previously,” Garnett said in reference to her company, in which the tattoo center in White Plains, New York was one of the first 50 providers in the United States to obtain a PicoSure laser.

The opening of the company’s third location is in line with the growing demand for tattoo removal. In fact, according to nationwide industry statistics, business has increased fivefold over the past decade for tattoo removal.

Clean Slate Laser Tattoo Removal Center’s original location is located at 280 Mamaroneck Avenue, Suite 208, White Plains, New York 10605. The second location, Bullseye Tattoos, is located at 282 New Dorp Lane Staten Island, NY 10306.

“The Long Island location will be our third location to open. We are already taking September appointments for the new location. Please give us a call to make your appointment now, Garnett said.
